for people with existing resources show them in the webinterface
and also place some convenient edit buttons.

This enables the invitation page also on the user interface.

The page allows selection between "all public domains" or a selection
dialog of domains the user has explicit permissions to create invites
for.

If a user only has the "all public domains" permission, then no
selection is shown.

The invites can be either for restricted user names or "admin", which
includes names such as info@.

the idea of this patch is to use the same (default bootstrap layout)
navbar on all devices.

unfortunately for a vertical version of the default navbar we still
need two copies of the navbar. once outside of the grid for small
screens, to ensure that the navbar is on top of the content. And
a second time inside of the grid in a flex-column to the left.

also refactor the menu code to have a more declarative description
of the menu, that we could move the the config of the app, or even
automatically generate from the routes.

add help texts to suggest norecovery@immerda.ch as way of specifying
that no recovery email should be stored.

we now accept all providers since it is too complicated to explain and we fear that people loose tokens.

Storage backend for keys is WkdSrv, our own API that abstracts the Web
Key Directory.

Currently only one key for the primary email address may be managed.
Support for multiple keys (e.g. for aliases) might be added later.
