Update public keys on wkd

When generating a new pgp key pair it's possible to send it to the wkd. If you then recreate the key pair you cannot directly update the public key on the wkd. This process has be done manually by login into users.immerda.ch.

I had to support two cases where this was an issue because the users did not understand that they got emails encrypted with the old public key.

Would it be possible to update the public key on the wkd from the horde client?
