We are now able to select how apache should log accesses. These modes are: * default: as you would use it * semianonym: no ips are logged for CustomLog, ErrorLog still logs ips * anonym: no ips are logged for CustomLog, ErrorLog is sent to /dev/null * nologs: all logs are sent to /dev/null

run_gid_name should per default be the same as the group for the sftponly user. However, as can now set that one, we should be detect if a groupname is set and use that one for the run_gid_name and not as by default the $name.

you can now choose how users and groups are provided. - local will generate user and groups locally - everything else will currently just pass the user information to the apache
